DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK 

Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are calculated by the exact weight, destination, and method of the order. All shipping cost will be calculated via the checkout before you finalise your purchase.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

This depends on the shipping method you select. We offer various shipping methods in a number of prices and estimated delivery times. All shipping cost will be calculated via the checkout before you finalise your purchase.

 

WHAT DOES "AFTER FULFILLMENT" MEAN?

All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is made specifically for you. Fulfillment is the estimated time it take us to process your order before we ship it. We usually take 2-5 business days to create most products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility (usually after fulfillment.) - Keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed. 

 

I'M IN THE UK, WHY IS MY SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL?

All products from the Dan Freebairn merchandise store are made in the US, therefore orders to the UK & EU will require international shipping. Prices vary depending on your required delivery time. All shipping cost will be calculated via the checkout before you finalise your purchase.  

 

WHY AM I BEING ASKED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

Orders made from outside the US may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees, as required by the destination country. Contact your local customs office for further information.

 

I'M IN THE USA, WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?

As of March 10, all orders made from inside the US, valued under $800 are exempt from any US customs fees.

 

I WANT TO SELL YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY SHOP, CAN I PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER?

MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

Yes! We are not responsible for shipping damage, however email us with photo proof of the damaged item and will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT IN WHEN THE COURIER TRY TO DELIVER?

Most couriers will leave a note to say that they have tried to deliver the package. They will then try to deliver again for the following two days. If they are unable to deliver on the third attempt the package will be returned to us.
